Shipping & Returns.
We currently ship to Europe, the Middle East, Africa and North America. Don't fret; we're going to be shipping out to the rest of world countries and worldwide soon. Depending on your location, shipping should take 3-6 working business days.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in original condition and sealed. We unfortunately do not refund shipping fees. To process a return request, please email us at orders@1833skin with your order number and the items you would like to return and we'll take care of your return.
Please also note that In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us UNUSED and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund, instead, you will receive a partial refund. All items are inspected on return
Any refunds requested for dishonest reasons (claiming you haven't received your order when it's been signed for) will not be tolerated. We're more than happy to work with you to investigate and find a solution, but please don't try that.
We only offer refunds to the original payment method used to make the order.
Refunds will be actioned within 7 days from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse. Please note that it can take up to an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.
